Unifying themes will include tissue organization, physiological processes, growth, and development. Laboratory exercises will demonstrate unity and diversity of biological processes across multiple taxa, making use of quantitative methods to understand biological phenomena. Critical scientific thinking and communication skills will be developed during both laboratory and lecture periods. Prerequisites: BI 111  or BI 112 . SP.
