KN 498 - Kinesiology Research (1-3)

During this research apprenticeship, students will work side by side with faculty to review literature, develop methodology, collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, report findings, and make recommendations for future research in the area. Students will provide their own written research summary for presentation during Avila Scholar day, poster presentations at national conferences, and/or publication in academic journals. May be repeated for credit, not to exceed the course maximum of 3 credit hours. Prerequisite: Junior standing and 2.5 cumulative GPA.  FA, SP.
