PY 689 - Community Project (3)This course provides students an opportunity to address the needs of the community through service and the application of psychological science through training in project development, implementation, and management, and use of these skills with their discipline-specific knowledge to design and implement a community project. Students will work in collaboration with local nonprofit organizations to design a project that helps to advance its mission, addresses a community issue, and/or serves an underrepresented group. Prerequisite: 15 hours in the program.
