HR 411 - Global Human Resources Management (3)Global Human Resources provides the knowledge for HR Practitioners working in U.S. entities that are doing business internationally to develop the competencies needed to address cross-cultural understanding, including but not limited to business leadership, ethics, and social responsibility, employee relations, safety and security, staffing management, and diversity. It includes a focus on the recruitment and selection of a global workforce including training, compensation and benefits as well as addresses expatriation and repatriation. It does not include matters involving U.S. immigrations policies and visas or the requirements for verifying eligibility to work in the United States. Prerequisite: HR 323 . SU.
