                  CR 352 - White-Collar Crime (3)  The concept of white-collar crime is an umbrella term that encompasses a wide array of phenomena, including occupational crime, organizational crime, governmental/state crime, political crime, state-corporate crime, and numerous other crimes of “trust.” This course will survey the numerous forms of white-collar crime, theories intended to explain it, and challenges faced trying to control it.
