CH 135 - General Chemistry I (4) This course is intended for students already acquainted with the basics of chemistry. This course covers principal theories of modern chemistry. The topics studied include scientific reasoning, problem solving, basic chemical compounds, stoichiometry, chemical equations, types of chemical reactions, electron configuration, the periodic table, chemical bonding, and molecular structure, and gas behaviors. 3 hours lecture, 3 hours lab per week.
