MG 624 - Diversity & Inclusion in Change Management (3)

It is said that the only certainty is change. Does this also apply to change management? In this course, students study the topic of Diversity and Inclusion and how this topic can help manage change in organizations. The course begins by exploring D & I and how bias can influence change initiatives, and how to counter bias. Then, students look at diverse problem-solving teams and the development of a common purpose. Next, students look at the topic of innovation and how to create new ways of adding value to an organization using teams’ diverse power. Finally, students will get the opportunity to look into other change management methodologies and how they might apply to their organization.
