OD 629 - Multicultural Organizational Development (3)

Multicultural organization development provides an in-depth look at issues of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and it examines the relationship between managing diversity interventions and organization development. The course explores DEI issues that arise for change agents and provides opportunity to deepen personal awareness. It includes theoretical inputs, dialogue, skill practice and other experience based learning approaches. Theoretical frameworks are used to explore the dynamics of DEI and to compare and contrast the effect of DEI issues on developing a multicultural organization.
