EDL 696 - Internship: Superintendent (3)

The Superintendent Internship is designed to help the intern fully prepare for a transition to a superintendent role. The intern is matched with an experienced district-level leader that will mentor and provide appropriate scope of experiences. This preparation is achieved by providing the intern with a broad set of hands-on experiences that allow the intern to utilize the knowledge and skills in the course work and think critically about the role. The course focuses on the application of learned theory and experiences in relation to NELP and NPBEA standards. 300 hours of fieldwork. Orientation required.
