MG 420 - Recruitment & Selection (3)

This course covers topics dealing with effective recruitment and selection of employees by organizations. Topics include strategies to attract applicants, the use of specialist organizations, and the use of appropriate mechanisms to select the right candidate. Other related topics include testing techniques, such as personality tests, performance tests, assessment centers, simulations, and interviews. Prerequisite: MG 321 . SP.
