PM 677 - Six Sigma (3)

Six Sigma requires process improvement practitioners to use a complex set of skills, tools, and methods to analyze data for the purpose of improving business performance. This course acquaints students with these well-established practices allowing them to gain a fundamental understanding of the Six Sigma methods leading to quality and process improvement in business today. Moreover, this course will illustrate the key considerations in building an effective organization-wide Six Sigma program.
