NU 436 - Experiential Learning II (1)

This clinical course provides RN-BSN students with practical experience in nursing leadership and management across diverse healthcare settings. Students apply principles of organizational leadership, quality improvement, and effective team communication while collaborating with nurse leaders and interprofessional teams. Emphasis is placed on developing skills in delegation, conflict resolution, decision-making, and resource management. Through guided experiences, students explore the nurse’s role in shaping healthcare outcomes, promoting a culture of safety, and leading change within complex systems.
