CR 460 - Juvenile Delinquency (3)

The course examines the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency. It critically examines the categorization of juveniles as common class of individuals and the causes and controls of juvenile delinquency. Relevant theories and empirical findings are brought to bear to provide a deep understanding of juvenile delinquency as an empirical phenomenon. Prerequisite: CR 260 /SO 260  or CR 360 /SO 360 . FA or SP, alternate years.
