CH 216 - Organic Chemistry I (5)

Principles, laws and theories governing structures and reactions of hydrocarbons and alcohols are presented. Stereochemistry and mechanisms of alkene reactions are also introduced. 3 hours lecture, 5 hours lab per week. Prerequisite: CH 135  or CH 137 . FA.
