MA 116 - Techno Mathematics (3)

This class looks at the ways in which technology can be used to study topics in contemporary mathematics. The course will cover topics such as financial mathematics, encryption and coordinate systems. This is a Foundations course. Prerequisite: Appropriate ACT or placement score, or MA 092 (or equivalent) with a grade of “C” or better. FA, SP.
