Outcomes
Students graduating with a Bachelor of Arts - Management, will meet the following outcomes:
Outcome 1.
Be able to use deductive and inductive reasoning to solve business problems.

Be able to effectively research a subject and present the findings both orally and in writing.

The student has demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Outcome 4.
Be able to apply knowledge about the economic, legal, and interpersonal environment in the creation and management of the organization.
Outcome 5.
Know the principal functions of management and how they relate to modern business practices. (HR 323 , MG 321 )
Outcome 6.
Understand how organizational culture influences management decisions. (HR 323 , MG 322 )
Outcome 7.
Know the major schools of thought about leadership in modern enterprises. (MG 322 , MG 321 )
Note
We highly encourage all students to take BU 495 Internship in their first year as part of their areas of study. Internships are an integral part of the curriculum, providing valuable experiential learning that helps students gain practical experience in the workforce to supplement classroom teaching and better prepare them for their careers.
