KN 393 - Sports Psychology (3) The primary academic objectives of the course include the introduction of the short but rich history of sport psychology, to provide an overview of the specializations within the field, to explore practical applications of psychological research and theory to exercise and athletic competition, and lastly, to familiarize the student with potential careers and interest areas within sport psychology. Prerequisites: CO 225 or PY 101 with a minimum grade of ”C” and Junior standing. SP.
