CH 497 - Research I (1-2)Individual student research on an advanced topic in the student’s field, or on a laboratory or field project. Course topics include the use and analysis of primary literature and the peer review process, investigative design, and research methods. This course is to be taken typically during the spring semester of the student’s junior year. The nature of the Research I experience will be selected by the student in consultation with, and with permission granted by the chemistry faculty. Prerequisite: Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing.
