HR 335 - Staffing Design (3)Building on prior coursework, this course will provide students with advanced staffing skills. Students will learn to diagnose, analyze, and make recommendations regarding effective programs in staffing, developing, motivating, and managing its personnel. This course covers various aspects of employee staffing including-job analysis for job description and selection procedure development, recruitment, screening, interviewing, and ability testing. This course will further the development of conducting performance reviews and determining the quality of personnel. This course will also provide students with skills necessary to lead an organization through the difficult scenarios of termination and downsizing. Prerequisite: HR 323 .
