The Workplace Instructional Design Certificate consists of 13 credit hours of coursework. The certificate is designed to help associates become specialists that design and develop innovative learning and performance solutions for clients and users.

Workplace Instructional Design Course Requirements
Students must complete the following courses with a “B” grade or higher:
Outcomes
Apply adult learning theory to design curriculum and coursework and to leverage technology and social media to impact change/enhance employee development within organizations.
Assessment
Assessed in the ID 384 course in which students apply the concepts, theories and research from earlier classes in the program to a real-life project with an organization or business in the area.
