KN 207 - Lifetime Fitness Activities (3) This dynamic course introduces the biology of aging with an emphasis on practical recommendations that promote pain-free movement, weight management, and peak mental performance throughout the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on conditioning principles and practices; selecting and accessing community resources to enhance physical activity; and the relationship between physical activity, nutrition, and chronic health status. SU-1.
