ED 328 - Adaptive Physical Education (3)

This course is designed to provide the physical education teacher with the necessary knowledge, skills, and experiences for successful teaching in adaptive physical education. It will help the physical education teacher-in-training understand the importance of quality physical education and how to provide the necessary steps for inclusion practices and applications with guidelines for modifying activities in both physical education and sport, helping to integrate students with disabilities into general class and sport settings.
