KN 216 - Anatomical Kinesiology (3) This foundational course provides students an introduction to the structure and function of human movement including musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neuroendocrine and digestive systems. Learners will make the connection between environmental stimuli (e.g., temperature, exercise, stress) and acute physiological responses. Emphasis is placed on applying knowledge to physical education, strength and conditioning, and sports medicine. Note: students SP 25 and onward will take KN 216 instead of KN 316. SP.
