BI 105 - Principles of Human Biology (4) Principles of Human Biology will introduce non-major students to the human organism and discuss impacts of modern biology on human health to ensure students are informed citizens in fundamental human biology topics. Topics covered will include: organic molecules, cells, genetics, inheritance, cell division, cancer, viruses, and body systems. Through laboratory experiences, students will engage in hands-on experiences to reinforce the concepts covered in lecture and will also utilize the scientific method to develop, execute, and present scientific data. BI 105 may not be used as credit towards the completion of the Biology Major or Minor.
